Temporary Chef Position
We are seeking an experienced Temporary Chef to join our team in Galway and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high-quality food standards by preparing innovative and seasonal dishes
* Lead the performance of the team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
* Assist with stock taking and maintain accurate records
* Work under pressure and in busy periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or catering kitchen
* Food Safety Level 2 or equivalent qualification
* Possession of excellent communication and organisational skills
* Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
