We have a brilliant opportunity for a part-time Sales Advisor on a 12 Hour Temporary contract to join the team in our shop in Wexford.
Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service with thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services.
* Recommend additional services and solutions to drive sales and collect customer data.
* Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website and supporting the processing of online orders.
* Provide first-point resolution for customer issues or feedback and seek solutions for the customer’s benefit.
* Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and KPI achievement.
* Assist with store visual merchandising, windows standards and guidelines; utilise product, categories and bestsellers information to maximise opportunities.
* Contribute to operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards.
