Responsibilities Work with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection buying and finance process Conduct detailed product presentations and test drives Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-ins with professionalism and transparency Consistently follow up with prospects and past customers Stay current on Toyota models, features, accessories and promotions Help set the tone on the floorlead by example with professionalism, energy, and customer focus Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience Create short videos and photos for social media (vehicle walkarounds, new arrivals, promotions, etc.).
