Responsibilities:
1. Deliver and implement a high-quality play-based curriculum under national quality frameworks.
2. Guide, observe, stimulate, and supervise children in a safe and caring environment as part of the childcare team.
3. Provide oversight to standards and work within policy framework and legislation.
4. Undertake the duties of the designated person for the service under the Children's First.
5. Oversee the implementation of the National Quality and Curriculum Frameworks, Solta and Aistear.
6. Manage and develop the service appropriate to the needs of the community and ensure quality and sustainability.

Requirements:
* Third Level qualification (Degree) in Early Care and Education.
* A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a management role.
* Strong understanding and experience in Early Childhood Education and working with parent/carers.
* Experience in implementing the suite of Pobal funding programs.
* Proficient in Microsoft office packages.
