Your New Job
* Portfolio Management:Oversee and grow their residential sales portfolio.
* Client Engagement:Meet with potential sellers and actively promote residential sales services.
* Property Marketing:Develop and implement customized marketing strategies for each property.
* Market Exploration:Identify new property listings and capitalize on business opportunities.
* Online Advertising:Manage digital marketing efforts to enhance property visibility.
* Negotiation:Negotiate and finalize property sales, effectively representing all parties involved.
* Sales Process Monitoring:Oversee the sales process, coordinating with third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
* Relationship Building:Establish and maintain strong relationships with local property owners and investors.
* Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear, effective communication with clients and team members.
* Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality service to clients.
* Performance Goals:Achieve individual and branch KPIs while engaging in continuous personal development.
Your Experience
* Experience: 3 or more years' experience in Ireland's residential property sales industry.
* Licenses:PSRA License and Drivers License are must haves
* Negotiation Skills:Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of working with key clients and closing deals and meeting sales targets.
* Organisation and Attention to Detail: Natural ability to prioritize and manage multiple sales processes efficiently at the same time.
* Market Knowledge:Excellent level of knowledge and a passion for the residential property market and trends.
* Results-Driven:A results-oriented mindset with a enthusiasm for business development and achieving sales targets.
