As a key team member in manufacturing, you will play a vital role in driving efficiency and product quality.
Responsibilities:
* Innovate and improve manufacturing processes to be efficient and scalable.
* Prototype development: Design and manufacture prototypes, then transition them into full production runs.
* Drive process improvements: Identify opportunities for cost savings, on-time delivery, and champion lean practices.
* Collaborate globally: Work closely with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and deliver excellence.
* System enhancements: Contribute to the development and implementation of new systems.
* Documentation and delivery: Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure processes meet quality standards.
* Support and lead: Assist the engineering team, ensuring flexibility across multiple projects.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
* 25 years experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering roles.
* Hands-on experience with process development, optimization, and improvement projects.
* Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt+ preferred).
* Experience with ERP systems (implementation experience is a plus).
* Familiarity with RCA, FMEA, CAPA, and other quality tools.
* Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
