Senior BMS Design Engineer
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Building Management System (BMS) Design Engineer. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing BMS systems for various clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interfacing with clients' BMS integrators to ensure seamless integration of BMS systems.
* Supporting commissioning activities such as SATs, Installation Verification, Operational Verification, and writing SOPs for the BMS.
* Developing I/O lists and client Sequence of Operations documents.
* BMS System Architecture & Topography development.
* Reviewing Software Functional Specifications and hardware specifications.
* Reviewing panel wiring diagrams and instrumentation design.
* FAT/SAT document preparation and execution.
* Cost Estimates review and witness testing.
* Attending project, staff, company, design review, ISO, and group meetings.
Qualifications:
* Level 8 Engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Building Services Engineering) or minimum five-year apprenticeship program.
* Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or health-related facilities.
* Experience in GMP manufacturing facilities.
* Knowledge of current good manufacturing practices, 21 CFR Part 11, 210, and 211.
* Strong background in BMS and automation applications.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
