A job coach supports individuals with intellectual disabilities to gain and maintain a paid job of their choice in the open labour market.
* Skill-based support is provided to individuals in their jobs at various locations where the job has been sourced.
* Responsibilities include facilitating individual learning, completing tasks according to employer standards, making adaptations or modifications based on employers requirements and individual needs, liaison with employers and relevant coworkers, personal care based on Kare's policy, maintaining records according to managing records policy.
