Key Roles and Responsibilities
The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for the growth in new business with key accounts. They will work with the Operations team to ensure we consistently deliver value on each project and solve our clients' ongoing content-related problems.
This is a key leadership position where you will be supported by the wider account team. You will report to the Head of Sales and Partnerships.
Key Skills and Experience
* Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience in a tech comm, learning, or language role.
* Third-level qualification related to content development and strategy, or in marketing, business, or another similar discipline.
* Ideal previous small business and multi-national experience.
* Demonstrated strong strategic thinking, interpersonal, negotiation, networking, relationship-building, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
* Strong planning and organisational skills – can effectively allocate time and prioritise appropriately even when faced with multiple demands and competing priorities.
