Job Title
We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our Adult Disability Services and Children's Special Care Units.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver person-centred care and support in line with HIQA/Children First standards
* Promote independence, safeguarding, and empowerment for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex behaviours
* Implement care plans, positive behaviour support, and risk management strategies in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
* Support the development of individualised care plans, prioritising the needs of each service user
Requirements:
* Qualifications in a relevant field, such as Social Care or related area
* Experience working with vulnerable adults or children, particularly those with complex needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues alike
* A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and policies
