We are currently inviting applications for the position of
Marketing
Executive
to join the Moran Group
Marketing
Team. Family-owned and operated, the Moran Group owns and manages a portfolio of high quality hospitality properties.
The candidate will assist in the implementation of the group's
marketing
plan for its multiple hospitality properties. They will be required to work closely with departments across a number of properties to increase product awareness and create demand for multiple revenue channels, by undertaking the necessary
marketing
activities.
You must be passionate and creative with a strong background of working with copy and social channels.
Excel in producing innovative and engaging content for multimedia platforms to ensure a holistic
marketing
strategy.
Ideally, have experience working in the hospitality sector but not essential.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Website Management:
* Create and upload content, update offers, and regularly audit website performance.
* Social Media Support:
* Capture on-brand photo and video content
* Develop monthly content calendars
* Plan, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Create and manage paid social ads
* Creative Production:
* Assist in developing presentation decks, menus, POS materials, and digital/print adverts.
* Reporting & Analytics:
* Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports
* Track and analyse
marketing
activity and provide recommendations
* Content Creation Support:
* Assist in the planning, organisation, and management of photo and video shoots.
* Event & Campaign Management:
* Manage Eventbrite listings and ticketing
* Support trade show planning and onsite participation
* Email & Database
Marketing
:
* Create and distribute email campaigns
* Manage database
marketing
communications
* Ensure all
marketing
-related emails and enquiries are responded to promptly
* Budget & Media Support:
* Assist with
marketing
budget tracking
* Support the production of print, and digital advertising materials
* Assist with media planning and management
* Supplier & Partner Coordination:
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with designers, printers, agencies, and other third-party partners.
Requirements
* Degree in
Marketing
, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience also considered
* Minimum 3 years'
marketing
experience with strong campaign, content, and brand management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Skilled in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
* Experience with CMS platforms, including WordPress
* Strong digital
marketing
experience across social media, paid ads, analytics, email
marketing
, and content creation
* Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Creative with a strong eye for design and brand consistency
