Shannon & O'Connor Solicitors LLP are seeking to recruit a qualified Solicitor at Senior Associate level.
This is an excellent permanent role for an enthusiastic solicitor looking to advance their career within an established and successful practice.
This role will suit a solicitor who has gained good experience with a specialised knowledge of Property (residential and commercial) and a strong commitment to developing a career in this area including: Investigating Titles, drafting contracts and other documentation, raising and replying to requisitions and all work relating to closings Purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties Dealing with all financial aspects of transactions including analysing and advising on loan sanctions, dealing with financial institutions regarding certificates of title, qualifications to title and discharging of undertakings Drafting commercial and residential leases, raising and replying to pre lease enquiries Qualifications Qualified Solicitor with minimum 3/4 years+ PQE.
Applicants must also have:· A strong academic background· Excellent technical and drafting skills and a good eye for detail· A track record of excellence in client servicing· Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met· A high level of initiative while working as part of a team· An ability to manage a varied caseload and junior members of the team· A high degree of computer proficiency· A strong work ethic, energy, enthusiasm and be highly motivated Salary commensurate with experience.
