The Team
Our specialist team of lawyers provide legal advice, solutions and results to individual clients, businesses, and corporations throughout Ireland and abroad. We are passionate about ensuring that our clients achieve the results they seek. We offer commercially astute advice with regards to our clients' business needs.
What you'll do
Provide daily support to fee earners and work closely with their departments;
Ensure deadlines and timescales are met;
Administrative work including incoming and outgoing post, scanning, allocating, filing
Prepare transactional and court documents, provide reception cover and any other ad hoc tasks which may arise.
Who we are looking for
Whilst previous experience in a law firm is an advantage it is not necessary.
This role may suit someone who would like the opportunity to receive practical hands-on experience in a full-service commercial firm.
It may also suit a graduate considering a legal career who wants a position where they will receive meaningful experience and training.
Many of our former interns have gone on to secure traineeships in a wide selection of firms having benefited from their time with us. This position offers a real head start to those looking to excel in a legal training position.
You must be:
A motivated energetic self-starter, capable of working well under pressure;
A good team player with a flexible attitude to work;
Amenable, confident and have the ability to hit the ground running;
A dynamic and flexible individual; and
An enthusiastic person with a focus on client care.
Customer service experience, IT skills, a good telephone manner, and an excellent attention to detail are required but not essential.

Monday to Friday 9.00 am-5.30 pm
