Job Overview:We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Events & Catering Manager to oversee all aspects of our tailored catering services and events. This role involves managing event bookings, processing catering orders, ensuring timely payments, assisting with menu planning, and driving sales to both existing and new clients.Sales & Client Relations:Maintain strong relationships with existing catering clients.Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients post-event.Identify and support Sales Team in reaching out to potential new clients and generate sales leads.Upselling to current clients to generate additional revenue.Event & Catering Management:Oversee all catering and event inquiries, bookings, and logistics.Enter catering orders into our system accurately and ensure timely fulfilment.Coordinate with the kitchen, dispatch, transport, key accounts, and customer service teams to ensure smooth event execution.Assist in creating customized catering packages and menus based on client needs.Financial & Administrative Duties:Support Finance team to ensure clients make timely payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.Assist in basic accounting and reporting related to catering revenue.Track catering sales and identify opportunities for growth with Sales Team.Menu & Operations Support:Provide feedback based on customer preferences and market trends.Assist the chef and management to develop seasonal and custom menus.Team Management:Supervise and support one team member in the catering department.Ensure proper training and workflow efficiency for catering operations.Requirements:Experience in events management, catering, hospitality, or sales, preferably a combination of 2 or more.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.An ability to provide exceptional hospitality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally order management software.Familiarity with invoicing.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunity to be a key part of a growing catering and events business.A supportive and dynamic team environment.Discounts in our restaurants and staff meals.· Quarterly bonus scheme after probation period.· Employer Pension contribution and life benefit after probation period.· Cycle to Work Scheme.· 20 days holidays with additional days rewarded based on length of service.· Progression opportunities.Job Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionEmployee discountFood allowanceStore discountWellness programExperience:event management: 2 years (preferred)Catering: 2 years (preferred)Sales: 2 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
