Setting Out Engineer Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Setting Out Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our civil groundworks projects in Laois. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent numeracy and communication skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting out the site according to site drawings and specifications, ensuring that all materials used and work performed meet the required standards. They will also be expected to record site progress accurately, provide technical expertise, comply with safety regulations, conduct toolbox talks, manage traffic on site, and report to the project manager.
