Our US-based client is looking for a strong, reliable Part-Time Executive Assistant based in Colombia to provide day-to-day administrative and executive support.This role requires someone who is bubbly, proactive, highly organized, and tech-savvy, with proven experience supporting US-based executives. You will be responsible for managing inboxes and calendars, coordinating tasks, supporting billing workflows, and keeping operations running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Managing and organizing executive email inboxes (prioritization, follow-ups, drafting responses)Calendar management and scheduling using CalendlyCoordinating tasks and projects using AsanaSupporting billing and invoicing processes (tracking, follow-ups, basic admin support)Managing reminders, deadlines, and task accountabilityAssisting with general administrative and operational tasksUsing AI tools to improve efficiency, organization, and communicationRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience supporting US-based clients in an EA or administrative roleBased in Colombia only (bilingual LATAM role)Fluent English (spoken and written); Spanish requiredStrong calendar and inbox management experienceHands-on experience with Calendly, Asana, and productivity toolsComfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for admin supportHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedPositive, energetic, and professional communication style
