Your new company As Project Coordinator, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team for 12 months. You will have a hybrid working model: 2 days in the office, 3 days at home. Your new role As Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the health and safety programmes team. Your duties will include supporting tasks and projects as required and directed by your Manager; participating in Process & Continuous improvement activities; participating and promoting good cooperation, collaboration, and customer service within Regional and Central teams within Asset Operations and other functions; reporting and tracking projects as required and general administrative and ad-hoc duties. This is a great opportunity for you to gain excellent experience within a reputable Irish semi-state organisation. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a busy administrative role. You will have strong IT skills with proficient working knowledge of MS SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, familiarity building power BI dashboards is desirable. You will have the ability to set up ongoing processes and procedures to collect and review information. You will have excellent time management, organisation and communication skills. The ability to work collaboratively with a team is essential.
