As a key player in our organization, the Business Growth Strategist is responsible for driving revenue expansion through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and developing strategies for growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales and commercial experience, preferably within the healthcare or regulated markets. A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is also preferred.
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities with current and new customers at all stages of the sales cycle
* Maintaining existing accounts and client relationships to ensure consistent sales growth
* Overseeing the sales cycle, including developing and presenting sales presentations/proposals, negotiating new contracts, and reviewing estimates
* Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges
* Closing liaison with Project Managers to meet customer needs/project delivery
Additional requirements include:
* Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, for customer visits, entertainment, and industry events (approx. 50-75% of work time)
* Fluency in English
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, SFDC, and PowerPoint
