Staff Nurse Opportunity
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to individuals with intellectual disabilities. The role involves managing direct care provisions and support, ensuring the optimum standard of care is provided within the service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that best meet the needs of service users and reflect their wishes and choices.
* Lead the staff team in delivering holistic nursing care, promoting effective communication and collaboration among colleagues.
* Manage the coordination of care for service users, supervising and working with care staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Full registration with the NMBI.
* RGN or RNID qualification.
* Clinical knowledge and reasoning skills to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the role.
