Role Overview
Reporting to the IT Data Solutions Architect, this role acts as a key technical representative for HR, working closely with IT, HR and business stakeholders to bridge functional needs with system capabilities and drive innovation in support and automation.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical competence in core HR/Payroll systems such as MHR i Trent Payroll & SAP Success Factors (MWL). Additionally, advanced coding skills including SQL, Python & Power Shell are required. Integration expertise with APIs is necessary.
The position requires collaboration across various teams within an organisation.
