OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
This position will involve working with an award-winning cleaning company reporting directly to the DOC Manager.
The Mobile Janitor will provide support to a busy daily office cleaning team covering different shifts and sites depending on weekly operational requirements and work with team performing DOC tasks to highest standard to our clients.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITY
Carrying out the instructions of the Dublin Regional Manager, DOC Manager. Providing Cover to DOC sites as directed.
Assist with delivery of products to site in emergency situations.
Complete assigned DOC work at our clients' sites to the highest standards.
Supervise and work with the DOC operations staff to ensure the completion of work satisfactorily.
Reporting client complaints, internal problems, and supplier problems to the relevant Manager - Bringing their training requirements to the attention of DOC Manager.
Ensuring client sites are left secure.
Exercising due care and attention when handling client property.
Maintaining strict confidentiality of any information discovered while on client site.
Complying with Health and Safety requirements both on client site and company premises.
Carrying out any corrective actions required as a result of Internal Audits.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Have excellent command of English written and spoken.
Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
Have a full clean driving licence.
Be a team player and have the ability to supervise a crew of operatives on site.
Have the ability to prioritize workload.
Be able to manage their own time in efficient way.
Be reliable as DOC operational support is a must.
Have the ability to work on own initiative.
EXPERIENCE:
Industry experience and knowledge in the industry is desirable. Minimum 2 years' experience in Industry desirable.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Hours: Flexible 40 hours per week Monday to Saturday - with an emphasis on flexibility to suit the nature of our business (includes evenings).
Rate: EUR15.07 per hour. (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexibility required - basic rate up to 46 hours, 1.5 rate between hours)
