Job Title: HR Generalist
This is a key role in shaping the workforce, supporting managers and ensuring people processes run smoothly as the site continues to grow. The successful candidate will be responsible for Talent Acquisition across multiple teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A strong background in unionised settings - ideally manufacturing, FMCG or industrial experience preferred.
* Experience managing high-volume and project-based hiring
* A solid understanding of Irish employment law
* Manage talent acquisition for multiple teams. * Support ER cases within a unionized environment. Work collaboratively with union reps and operational leaders to drive business results.
