Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to support a leading organisation with a global footprint. The role offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic finance operations team, processing payroll across a large workforce.
About the Role:
As Payroll Administrator, you will be involved in time-sensitive data management, coordination of employee pay records, and communication with both internal teams and external agencies. Accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency are key. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate collation and submission of payroll data for processing deadlines, supporting payroll onboarding and exit procedures for employees, and managing and reviewing employee attendance and timekeeping data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Prior experience in a payroll or finance admin role is essential. You will need strong organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as a good understanding of payroll processes and employee lifecycle. You must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and be confident in using digital systems and Microsoft Office applications. Professional qualifications in payroll (e.g. CIPP) are beneficial but not mandatory.
