The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing non-GMP cleaning services, ensuring top-quality service and regulatory compliance. This role involves leading a team of 95 in upholding high standards that meet SLAs and KPIs.
* Lead and motivate a large housekeeping staff to achieve their full potential.
* Ensure complete compliance with Health & Safety guidelines and applicable laws at all times.
* Oversight day-to-day operations of the non-GMP cleaning contract to maintain excellence always.
