Project Manager
We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager to work on Data Centre and Pharmaceutical projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional who is looking for their next challenge.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in construction project management, specifically within the electrical sector. They should be well-versed in creating comprehensive construction schedules, allocating resources, and overseeing budgets to ensure scope expansion or modifications are identified early on. Additionally, they must have excellent technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical scopes of works.
A relevant third-level degree or Electrical qualification is required, with 5+ years' experience in a similar role on electrical projects being essential. Data centre and Pharma experience would be beneficial but not necessary.

About this Role:
- Create detailed construction schedules for client approval- Guarantee precision and prompt updates to the construction schedule- Perform thorough schedule health assessments before baselining- Allocate resources to schedules, generating relevant KPIs- Oversee budgets to identify scope expansion or modifications

You'll Be Successful In This Role If You Have:
- A relevant third level degree or Electrical qualification
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role on electrical projects
- Excellent technical knowledge of mechanical & electrical scopes of works with ability to lead from project controls perspectiveIT Skills: Microsoft Office | Adobe Acrobat Pro
