About the Role: We are looking for a Digital Experience Specialist to play a key role in enhancing the digital dining journey for users of our Everyday App within a Global Tech environment.
This role blends data accuracy, user experience (UX), analytics, and stakeholder collaboration, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and digital adoption across Ireland and the UK.
You'll work closely with Operations, Marketing, Culinary teams, and Technical SMEs to ensure our digital platforms are accurate, engaging, and insight driven.
What You'll Be Doing
Digital Data & Content Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date menu and food item data within the Everyday App
Ensure all content meets quality, brand, and UX standards
Identify and resolve data issues in collaboration with technical teams
User Experience & Engagement
Analyse user behaviour and engagement data to identify UX improvement opportunities
Support UX testing, feedback sessions, and interface optimisation
Contribute to the growth of digital adoption across the client portfolio
Reporting & Insights
Develop and manage performance reports using tools such as Dynamify
Track key metrics, trends, and engagement levels
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decisions
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Culinary, Operations, and Technology teams
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support digital initiatives aligned with Sodexo and client strategies
Continuous Improvement
Stay informed on digital, UX, and data management trends
Share best practices and contribute to a culture of innovation and service excellence
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong data entry and data management skills with high attention to detail
Experience working with digital platforms or mobile applications
Understanding of user experience (UX) principles
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Comfortable analysing data and translating it into actionable insights
Desirable
Experience in food service, corporate services, or hospitality environments
Familiarity with digital reporting tools and dashboards
Experience supporting digital transformation or adoption initiatives
