Physiotherapist Opportunity
CORU registration is a prerequisite for this position. The ideal candidate will work in various nursing homes alongside an experienced team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and exercise rehabilitation therapists.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct individual assessments and collaborative multidisciplinary evaluations using best practice outcome measures to develop treatment plans that achieve person-centered short- and long-term objectives.
* Deliver evidence-based group exercise therapy developed by Fit For Life to older adults with diverse physical and cognitive abilities.
* Collaborate closely with other members of the Fit For Life team to introduce innovative ideas and approaches, enhancing the overall service delivery.
Specialized skills and qualifications required for this role include:
* CORU registration.
* Ability to carry out individual assessments and joint multidisciplinary assessments.
* Delivering specialized group exercise therapy to older adults.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
