Residential Cost Management Leader
In this key role, you will lead the cost management function for our residential construction projects in Ireland. As a highly experienced professional, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to project teams across the country.
About the Position
* You will work closely with our commercial director to develop and implement cost management strategies that drive efficiency and profitability.
* Your expertise in quantity surveying, project management, and capex management will be essential in managing a portfolio of projects from inception to completion.
* You will manage and develop a team of quantity surveyors who are dedicated to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
* As part of your responsibilities, you will also report directly to senior directors on project plans, developments, legal aspects of contracts, preconstruction through to completion.
