This position involves providing high-quality administrative assistance to support the effective functioning of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Offer day-to-day clerical and administrative services to ensure seamless departmental operations.
 * Manage all correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
 * Maintain accurate filing systems for both electronic and paper-based documents.
 * Support with document preparation, minute-taking, and meeting coordination tasks.
 * Assist with procurement processes including purchase orders, invoices, and record-keeping duties.
 * Process data entry, reporting, and general office tasks using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
 * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
 * Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
 * Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR records and databases.
 * Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll-related administration tasks.
 * Comply with data protection and HR policy frameworks to maintain a secure work environment.
