Kerry, V93 HR27Apply for this jobShareWe are inviting application for a Kitchen Porter to join our Kitchen team at The Ring of Kerry Golf Course on a casual contract, some of the role & responsibilities are as follows:Scope And General Purpose Of JobTo ensure that all crockery/cutlery and glassware is washed and stored correctly and to ensure that wash up area is maintained in a hygienic manner.To maintain a clean kitchen by following a daily and weekly cleaning schedule and a standard cleaning practice.Clean and wash all crockery and cutlery and kitchen cooking units, pots and storage areas.Operate dish-washng machine and chemicals.Follow proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.Previous experience in a fast-paced Kitchen environment is an advantage.
