An ambitious, fast-growing consumer-facing business is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to work closely with the CFO and leadership team as the organisation enters its next phase of growth.This is a hands-on, broad finance role offering real autonomy and influence. You'll sit at the centre of the business, owning core financial reporting while providing forward-looking insight to support strategic decision-making.The RoleReporting to the CFO, you will take ownership of day-to-day commercial finance activities while partnering with operational leaders to drive performance.Key responsibilities include:Preparation and ownership of monthly management accounts and P&L analysisBalance sheet reconciliations and resolution of complex accounting itemsLeading FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and scenario planningProviding clear, actionable commercial insight to support growth initiativesOversight and involvement in payroll processesSupporting improvements in financial controls, processes and reportingActing as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders across the businessThe PersonThis role will suit someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and working close to the commercial heartbeat of a business.You will ideally have:A recognised accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Experience in a broad commercial finance or financial control roleStrong exposure to management accounts, FP&A, P&L and balance sheet ownershipThe ability to unravel and improve accounts and processesExcellent communication skills and confidence engaging with non-finance stakeholdersA proactive, self-starting mindset suited to a growing, dynamic environmentDesirable (but not essential):Experience in a consumer-facing, multi-site or membership-based businessSME or scaling business experienceIf you wish to be considered for this role, please apply through the link provided.
