German Speaking Support Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled German speaking support specialist to join our team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth and development.
About the Role
* Provide frontline support for various systems and software, including Opera PMS (Cloud & On-Prem) and other approved PMS incidents & tickets.
* Manage customer reported, automated and human generated alerts relating to service status as first responder, acknowledge them, take corrective action following standard operating procedures.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and improve workflows and quality support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understanding of infrastructure monitoring concepts including system availability, latency, performance, and end-to-end monitoring.
* Exchange online management skills.
* Basic knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS).
* Able to resolve complex issues ranging from OS and application faults to improving solution design.
* College degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.
* Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills with strong administrative abilities.
* Fluent in reading, writing and spoken German and English language skills.
