We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Package Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commissioning activities for a major data centre project.
The successful candidate will ensure all systems are commissioned safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications, programme requirements, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the commissioning of assigned mechanical, electrical, and control system packages.
Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client representatives throughout the commissioning process.
Ensure all pre-commissioning, commissioning, and integrated systems testing activities are completed to the required standards.
Track commissioning progress, manage risks, and resolve technical issues.
Oversee documentation, test records, and handover deliverable.
Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Support project handover and client acceptance processes.
Requirements
Degree or trade-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related discipline.
Proven experience delivering commissioning activities on large-scale data centre, mission-critical, or complex MEP projects.
Strong understanding of commissioning processes, IST, and systems integration.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
