Summary:Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company based in North Dublin, is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to drive a high-performance culture, support organisational initiatives, and provide HR guidance across employee relations, talent development, and engagement. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative HR function that supports both site and national HR priorities.Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to champion a high-performance culture and foster an environment of trust, dignity, and respect aligned with company values.Support organisational initiatives and people projects, providing HR expertise on their associated people implications.Collaborate with managers and leadership to deliver people strategies that enable the achievement of business goals.Provide effective coaching and support to leaders in managing complex employee relations issues.Participate in HR projects and initiatives across the Irish HR network that align with company HR priorities.Support site management and HR teams with HR analytics and process improvement activities.Deliver HR support across a range of areas, including employee engagement, culture development, performance management, compensation and rewards, talent development, and succession planning.Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and the enhancement of overall organisational effectiveness.Qualifications & Experience:Degree or third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.CIPD qualification or equivalent continuous professional development is desirable.3–4 years' experience in an HR role, ideally within an HR Business Partner or equivalent capacity.Experience working within a multinational manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment is desirable.Strong knowledge of Irish and European employment law.Experience using HR systems such as Workday and strong data analytics or Excel skills are advantageous.
