Equipment Maintenance Professional
This role involves performing hands-on maintenance tasks in a manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime
* Conduct thorough fault-finding and troubleshooting of complex equipment issues
* Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
* A strong background in production line maintenance and equipment repair
* Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical production equipment, including troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
* Experience in high volume automation/robotics environments an advantage
* A trade qualification (Level 6) or equivalent required
