We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our Ford team in West Dublin. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding and bespoke customer experience.

Responsibilities:

* Qualify customers effectively to understand their needs.

* Provide great customer service to all clients.

* Liaise with customers throughout the buying process.

* Manage the preparation and hand over of sold vehicles to customers.

* Maintain the showroom and displays to required standards.

* Work to strict targets and deadlines.

* Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories and key features.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Skills and Qualifications:
">
">
* A minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in a target driven environment.
">
* Previous sales experience within the motor industry is a distinct advantage.
">
* Effective time management with an ability to plan and organize your own daily selling activities to secure new business.
">
* Fluent written and spoken English, full unrestricted access to live and work in Ireland.
">
* Full clean driving license for Ireland.
">
* Flexible approach to work 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday.
">
* Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive brand product knowledge.
">
* Track record of success in a Sales role, ideally within a premium automotive brand.
">
* Experience of working within established brand standards and guidelines to maintain and uphold brand reputation.

* Collaborative and supportive team player displaying high levels of ownership.

* Process-driven with experience of working within a strict compliance framework.
