Job Purpose

Based in Tuam as part of the EMEA Logistics team, the Procurement Administrator / Customer Service Representative ensures the supply of materials for the Tuam site and supports customer order management, optimizing inventories and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage Min/Max replenishment reports
* Acknowledge orders
* Create purchase orders
* Review back order reports
* Communicate with suppliers and follow up
* Update reports
* Maintain weekly KPI files
* Manage order entry
* Communicate with customers throughout the order process
* Coordinate with the Customer Supply Chain Manager to ensure forecast alignment and address service issues

Key Requirements

* Science qualification is an advantage but not mandatory
* Customer focus — act as the voice of the customer
* Attention to detail — accurate and timely order entry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers, production, and commercial teams
* Organizational skills and problem-solving ability
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
* Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements

Transversal Responsibilities

* Contribute to the Group’s sustainability efforts
* Ensure decisions align with sustainability goals
* Abide by legal compliance policies
