Manufacturing EngineerAbout Your New EmployerJoin a leading provider of electronic manufacturing services specializing in high-cost failure environments.Work with advanced technology and complex systems in various industries including Medical Device, Automotive, Aviation, IOT, and ICT.Be part of a company that values continuous improvement and professional development.About Your New JobAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:Be responsible for new production introduction processes (NPI) including project planning, development, and introduction of new products within the agreed development budget and scheduled introduction dates.Lead internal manufacturing processes/projects using PM methodologies (e.g., LEAN).Lead and support digitalization installation or roll-out projects.Monitor the progress of projects against agreed plans and manage activities to deliver against agreed goals.Perform quotations for new products.Deliver processes into the manufacturing environment through effective selection of suitable technology and methods focused on Quality, Cost, and Delivery.Identify and roll out manufacturing improvements for existing products.Engage and liaise with customers at various levels to bring products through the design phase to the manufacturing state with ISO13485 standards.Assist with production planning and scheduling.Manage process development of existing and new products.Install and maintain Bill of Materials on the system.Add drawings and specifications on AutoCAD.Train and re-train operators on existing and new equipment.Generate operator instructions for existing and new equipment.Support and lead on routine checks to ensure the maintenance of machines/equipment in order to provide any detail malfunctions or deviations to the relevant party.What Skills You NeedLevel 7/8 Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering discipline.Proficient in LEAN and Six Sigma Tools.Experience in digitalization.Experience in a manufacturing environment.Project experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Hard-working and excellent attitude.Adaptable and flexible to work on multiple products and engage with multiple customers.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent MS and ERP experience.Understanding of complex information and requirements.Good prioritization skills and flexibility to adapt plans.What's on OfferCompetitive Salary : €50,000 to €60,000Professional Development : Opportunities for training and career advancement.Dynamic Work Environment : Work in a collaborative and innovative setting.What's NextApply now by clicking the "Apply Now" button or call me, Ross Keyes, on If the job isn't quite right but you are looking for something similar, please get in touch.
