Electrical Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to deliver high-quality electrical maintenance across residential and commercial properties. This includes fault diagnosis, repair, and upgrade works.
* The ideal candidate will be able to deliver electrical maintenance services with precision and efficiency.
* They must perform regular inspections and testing, complete electrical certifications, and ensure all work meets regulatory standards.
* PARTIAL AND FULL REWIRING PROJECTS WILL BE REQUIRED, WHERE NECESSARY, WITH MINIMAL DISRUPTION TO CUSTOMERS.
* The successful candidate will be able to respond to emergency callouts and reactive repair requests, resolving issues efficiently and safely.
* They will work independently or as part of a small team to complete repairs and installations to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
