The OpportunityIn this role you will: Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts; profit and loss account and balance sheet in line with Group set deadlines.Review monthly Group overheads and provide analysis and commentary to the Director of Financial ReportingLiaise with other departments to understand overhead variances versus budget/forecastReview data entry, control accounts, reconciliations and processes by AR & AP staffReview monthly payroll and support the payroll process as required.Assist the Director of Financial Reporting and other team members with consolidated reporting, including preparation of monthly packKnowledge Transfer – provide training and support to junior members of the team and play an active role in their development.Liaise with other departments regarding accounts matters.Prepare year end files for audit and tax returns.Assist with the external audit where required.Involvement in finance projects as required.Ad hoc tasks as required.We would love to hear from you if you: ACA/ACCA qualified with 1-3 years post qualification industry experienceStrong attention to detailExcellent Excel skills are a necessityExcellent communication and client relationship skillsThe ideal candidate will be results driven, self-motivated and resourcefulStrong team playerInnovativeFlexible and capable of achieving results in a changing work environmentExperience working within a multicurrency environment would be an advantageComputer systems covered: MS Suite plus Accounts packagesAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
