Lead Residential Support Worker

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of support workers in a children's residential service, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
To be successful in this role, applicants must have a strong background in social care, with a relevant degree (QQI Level 7 or equivalent) and at least two years' experience working in a similar environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and provide emotional support to service users.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of support workers in a children's residential service

Requirements:
* Relevant degree (QQI Level 7 or equivalent)

* Full clean manual driver's license
