**Job Title:** Italian Food Sales Representative
The Role:
* Implement the company's strategic and operational plan to drive business growth.
* Maintain relationships with key foodservice customers and Multiples, creating a vision for each to follow and gain market share.
* Drive mutually beneficial customer engagement through daily/weekly/monthly visits, promotions, and tastings.
About You:
* Familiarity with the Food/Hospitality sector and proficiency in computer skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, and results-driven.
* Full Clean Licence Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven communicator & networker, advanced business partnering and interpersonal skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Plan customer visits on a daily/weekly/monthly schedule.
* Work effectively across existing and new accounts to ensure successful delivery of assigned targets.
* Promote/Sell/Secure orders from existing and prospective customers.
* Organise tasting demonstrations with prospective and existing customers (weekend if necessary).
* Coordinate sales effort with sales management, accounting, and logistics.
* Supply management with oral and written reports on customers' needs, problems, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
Key Qualifications:
* Excellent knowledge of the Food/Hospitality sector.
* Ability to develop and successfully execute strategy.
* Ability to deliver under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
* Competencies: Makes confident, fact-based decisions, acts with a sense of calculated risk-taking.
