About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you will support the Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and motivating the team to achieve high standards. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and compliant retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
6. Deliver a friendly, customer-first experience at all times
7. Manage customer queries, issues, and requests professionally

10. Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training

12. Assist with day-to-day operations including opening/closing procedures

14. Ensure compliance with all company processes and policies
15. Support implementation of operational improvements

18. Complete reports, administrative duties, and system updates accurately
Requirements
19. Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or assistant management role
20. Background in retail or hospitality
21. Proven experience leading teams in a customer-focused setting
22. Strong organisational, planning, and time management abilities
23. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
24. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal systems
25. A calm, professional approach in busy or high-pressure scenarios
