Responsibilities: Validate tender with Project Manager/Director post-award Assist in preparing project CCS and cash flow forecasts Compile monthly reports per company standards Conduct site measures and ensure timely submission of claims Address contract costs, sales, and contribution concerns Attend commercial and subcontractor meetings Draft pre- and post-contract correspondence with PM Manage client invoicing and payments to subcontractors Liaise with the Financial Department on reporting Resolve disputes with clients and subcontractors Monitor site procurement and reporting Requirements: A Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Services. Minimum 3 Years experience in a similar role. Good knowledge of Electrical packages. Experience working on Data Centre/Pharmaceutical projects would be advantageous. The successful Electrical Quantity Surveyor must be in Ireland or the UK at present and eligible to work in Ireland without the need for a permit.
