Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Roadmap Development:
o Lead the creation of a differentiated 3+ year category growth strategy tailored by customer and channel.
1. Performance Management:
o Oversee in-year category performance, identifying course corrections to meet targets.
1. Cross-Functional Leadership:
o Guide teams during customer range reviews, collaborating with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to optimize assortment.
1. Innovation Partnership:
o Drive growth initiatives with the innovation team, aligning pipelines with insights and market realities.
1. Insight & Data Utilization:
o Develop reporting tools to inform category plans across channels.
1. External Insight Leadership:
o Lead external insights initiatives using an 'Outside In' approach.
