About the Role:

This position involves generating new business and meeting sales/gross profit targets while managing client relationships, vacancies, and sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting client visits, and providing high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new business and meet sales/gross profit targets in line with KPIs
* Conduct client visits (new and existing), identify leads, and support proposals/tenders including fee negotiation
* Source candidates and contribute to sales opportunities through cross-selling
* Manage client relationships, vacancies, and sites while ensuring high-quality service
* Sourcing, registering, and talent pooling candidates in line with KPIs
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years' experience in recruitment consultancy or direct sales in a target-driven environment. They should possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills, as well as commercial awareness and resilience under pressure.
