The key responsibilities of this position include supporting nurses with delivering quality care via the Named Nurse concept, ensuring residents receive attention and support tailored to their interests and needs. This may involve assisting with personal appearance and hygiene while maintaining dignity; eating/drinking; mobility; social activities; communication between families & staff.
* FETAC/QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare is essential for success in this role
* Experience working in healthcare environments is also required
In addition to your technical skills and qualifications, excellent communication skills (written & oral) are crucial for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
