Senior
Sales & Lettings Negotiator
to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional to play a key role in establishing a new regional office, with long-term progression into management for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities:
* Proactively source and secure new instructions for property sales and lettings across Galway City and surrounding areas.
* Identify new business opportunities, expand the agency's client base, and strengthen local market presence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers, vendors, and investors.
* Provide professional, transparent advice to clients while representing the firm with integrity and local market expertise.
* Oversee the full sales and lettings cycle from instruction to completion, including viewings, negotiations, and documentation.
* Coordinate marketing campaigns, listings, and advertising in collaboration with the central support team.
* Monitor market trends, property values, and competitor activity to inform pricing and strategy.
* Advise clients confidently on valuations, yields, and market conditions.
* Work closely with senior management to establish and grow the Galway office.
* Contribute to operational improvements and team development initiatives.
