PFH Technology are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to join our Team.Location: CorkContract: 12-month contract with expectation of extensionRole OverviewThe successful candidate will work alongside a busy Helpdesk to plan and coordinate project work. This person will have a good understanding of technology including cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintains and updates knowledge database of known issues and the actions to allow their resolution to support effective problem resolution.Manages ticket allocation within the team.Reports on SLA compliance.Analyses ticket volume and issues to identify underlying issues and proposes mitigation strategy.Ability to organise work schedules and plan project work.Ensures delivery of Level 1 support and that tickets are referred to the relevant third parties (e.g. Field Engineers or Level 2 Technical resources, etc.) where the request cannot be resolved by the Helpdesk group.Education:Azure Boards Knowledge (DevOps)Cloud Foundational Knowledge (AZ-900) We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at PFH.
