This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to critical IT systems in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.What's Involved:First-line technical support for applications, hardware, and peripherals.Supporting custom systems such as PULSE and FCPS, using phone, remote access, and step-by-step guidance.User account setup, password resets, permissions, and email administration via Active Directory.Monitoring servers, back-ups, and scheduled jobs to ensure system stability.Logging, troubleshooting, and escalating incidents where needed.What You Need:1+ years of helpdesk or technical support experience.Strong knowledge of MS Office and Active Directory.Experience supporting users remotely and handling hardware/peripherals.Great communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Flexibility to work shifts.What's on Offer:€30k - €35k12-month contract with potential extension.Chance to support high-impact IT systems and develop your skills.
